Fashion One


So I managed to re-construct my May 12 post which Blogger deleted.

And I have also manually pasted the comments that I retrieved from my email in the order in which it was received.

The internet is a very dangerous medium.

So dangerous that each and every single day, I'd find scores of things I wish to procure and make my own. 

I have long resisted the allure of Blythe, always content to gaze at her longingly from afar.  

She was so pricey, and there were so many facades of her that I had to study e.g. head molds, body shapes, eye colors etc. 


Well I have gone and fallen sorely in love with two Blythes - Miss Sally Rice and Ichigo Heaven. ♥

Aren't they such beauties? 


Ichigo Heaven was released in December 2006, and was a Toys 'R Us exclusive. 

She was priced at 10,290 JP, roughly about 130 USD. 

Now, she is going for around 350 USD shipped on eBay. 


Miss Sally Rice was released in August 2008, and was a Topshop limited.

She was priced at 13,440 JP, roughly about 170 USD.

Now, she is going for around 320 USD shipped on eBay. 


The prices are so crazily exorbitant, but all I can think of is how beautiful these two would look sitting on my light bulb vanity next time...




Aren't these shoes absolutely amazing?

Gosh, I gave a mini shriek when I saw them online!

I need them desperately, someone pleaseeee find me a money tree!! (0.0)/


These Smoking Cat shoes are from Charlotte Olympia's Fall 2011 collection and are available in wedges, heels and ballerinas.

They come in three colorways - red, black and leopard print.

I am still deliberating if I should get the red wedges...

And while that mind struggle is going on, I need to track down a stockist too!



I have always loved Louis Vuitton's Stephen Sprouse Leopard Print Stoles...

And to my dismay, after years of eyeballing the new colors and limited editions coming out, my eyes have just recently locked onto the new cream version and refused to budge!

I hope I can afford to get it, so my violet one would finally have a friend in my wardrobe. :)

    Those shoes are incredible! I love the red ones as well! Do you know how much they are?
    The Internet is so dangerous for me and my credit card! Lol, I always make sure to sleep on it before I click the checkout button and if I want it as badly the next day, then I'll buy whatever it is! 80 percent of the time I forget about it and don't look at it for another week or two! Hehe.

    I love the dolls, especially the blue haired one, but they are way too pricey. The shoes are amazing, I would choose the animal print flats just because I'm super tall but otherwise the wedges are the way to go!:)

    OMG, I love it all!!
    My husband bought me blythe back in 2001 he found a special release at Walgreens stores, some how she has gone missing from my home and I shudder to think of what she is now worth. :(
    I am in love with everything you have shown here especially those burgundy shoes, Once again if I were not 6ft tall those would be in my collection.

    The Blythe dolls that can change their eye colour at every shake is even more amazing! But wayyyy too pricy
