Outfit Thirty

I will always remember this outfit, not that it was particularly nice but because it was the day Bunny and me went to attend our first house auction. 

We have always wanted to get our own place, with a big backyard for Lulu to roam, and hopefully someday, rescue a little mischievous doggie from an animal shelter as well. :)

The place we went to see was a really lovely two storey stand-alone one year young house, and it was grand. Everything inside was still brand-spanking-new and all the rooms were appropriately sized. I was very enthralled by the rotating tie rack in the master bedroom's walk-in closet!

It was such fun being sticky beaks, and the house would have been perfect save for its location alongside a pretty busy road (and the high price of course)! 

That day, I also felt myself missing my house in Perth, so I wore my twin vintage mouse brooches that I found at a vintage shop in Fremantle all those many years ago. 

Hopefully, I would be back there to visit soon, The last I heard, my sister had built up a Japanese ornamental garden at one side of the backyard, and planted beautiful flowers all around the borders of the front lawn. 

To dreams of having my own beautiful home soon... ♥♥

    I really want those shoes, I must of seen them on your blog previously and it made me go into a mouse frenzy trying to find a pair. Then I realised how much they cost...eek! Could not afford.

    So instead I will live vicariously though you haha.

    Aside from the outfit, the house you just described seemed so perfect, but yeah, real estate, esp. in the Sydney area can be quite dear, and finding a good location can be quite a challenge. But hey, I'm sure you and Bunny can find the perfect home for you and Lulu ;) Good luck with that.
