Hair Three



Because I don't have naturally beautiful hair, I have been pretty determined in my pursuit of products and tools to make my tresses look better. 

I am sure everyone who has done some research into hair straighteners would have come across the brand ghd Australia. Their hair straighteners are the best in the market, and I can remember my ex-colleagues teasing me about not knowing this brand when we were idly chatting about beautiful hair. They enjoyed regaling me with stories on how they love their ghd Australia more than their partners, and how they would never go anywhere without this essential hair tool. 

These babies not only are able to straighten hair, they can also do very pretty waves making it a really versatile tool. 

This year, I am so lusting after their new breast cancer limited edition collection - Pink Orchid. I love supporting products that donate some of their proceedings to research against diseases that affect the lives of so many people worldwide. It just makes me feel like I too, am making a difference. 

Of course, the cute pinkish purple plates, the luxurious carrying case, and the two additional sectioning clips just add icing on top of a very lovely cake. :)

    You could think about donating a small amount of the clothes bought from your shop - just an idea ;)

    Ooooh, I have never used a hair straightener! My hair is naturally straight and I hate it, lol. If I were to do anything to my hair it would be to make it wilder and bigger!!

    Aunque no entiendo mucho el inglés, mi traductor me ayuda bastante ^^
    Hablando así de las planchas, yo tengo cuatro planchas, dos de ellas son ghd y son vamos ni comparacion con las otras, con mis ghd me plancho el pelo en 15 de hora incluso menos, y en cambio con las otras tardo bastante. El colo de mis ghd son una roja de leopardo y la otra plateada de cebra.

    I also love supporting products with a worthy cause, and this Pink Orchid Hair Care collection is just so nice. I love the design and stuff!

    I have naturally beautiful hair before but I ruined it by using hair iron often. :-(

    I've heard of this before, but I'm just too lazy to do my hair everyday, so I always put hair products on my "to get someday...maybe" list. :) I love hot tongs though, much better than curlers! They're just so versatile. And this color/design is indeed very lovely!

    That hair straightener is just darling, I love the pretty pink colour! And haha... you and I are the same, I rely mostly on hair straightening treatments to tame my wild locks (mine's unruly wavy) and hair straightening iron.

    my GHD is the love of my life! i've had mine for about three years and it's still amazing. i use it so much, to straighten, curl and to create waves!

    mine was part of a limited edition breast cancer one, and is completely hot pink.

    if you choose to purchase one, i promise you will never regret it!

    I love GHD as a brand, they always do such thoughtful limited addition pieces, even the collections here in the UK! The fact they are able to give us beautiful hair is obviously great too :)

    I've had my original GHD's (the really old ones) for about 5 years now and they've never ever wronged me. They are just as hot as they first were and heat up no slower. I've dropped them so many times I'm shocked they've not clapped in yet!

    As autumn is coming and rain is showing up more often I've stopped straightening my hair and go for my natural curls instead ! So frustrating to spend ages on making them straight for it to be ruined by the rain !

    Mine is plain and black, but it does the same awesome job! I usually straighten and then add curls, and it always leaves my hear really soft and shinny!! (although, that limited edition is really pretty, and for a cause which is 100 times better!)
