Shopping Six

Last week, on a cold and very chilly morning, I had my first blogger meet-up ever, with April of Aprilialove. Armed with a soggy and mildly warm Maccas breakfast in my tummy and a nutritious Boost Juice Breakie To Go for April, we proceeded to traipse far and wide.

From China Town to New Town, Surry Hills To Oxford Street, our legs finally gave up right smack in the city centre. In between, we did a lot of thrift shop exploring, present hunting, and photo taking. 

I adored poking around the expensive op-shops, touching fabrics once much-loved, and just enjoying the fresh air and sunny day the two of us were blessed with. Lunch was at a little Thai eatery we stumbled upon called Padi. The food was reasonably-priced and quickly consumed. 

Salvos and Vinnies are such treasure troves of items, and I couldn't help admiring the floral plates and tea-cups on their shelves. I am definitely on the lookout for a perfect set to add to my kitchen. :)
